To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digicarl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on site content, outages or third-party links. Our aggregate liability for any claim tied solely to marketing site use is limited to zero fees paid for that use (which is typically none).

Third parties

We may reference integrations such as cloud providers or messaging platforms. Their services have separate terms — using those products with Digicarl on a project does not change their standalone agreements with you.
